This Law establishes the procedure for leasing land to natural and legal persons of the Republic of Lithuania and foreign states as well as to joint ventures and firms with foreign capital, and regulates the relations between the lessee and the lessor. The Law describes in article 2 the concept of lease, prescribes in article 3 the form of a lease contracts, whereas article 4 prescribes the contents of a lease contract. Article 6 provides for the leasing of state-owned land by competitive bidding. Lessees shall meet requirements set out in article 7.

These Rules prescribe the procedure to be followed in proceedings before the Registrar appointed under the Land Registration Act, 1925. Part I imports the Overriding Objective contained in Rule 1.1 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 and requires the Registrar, with the assistance of the parties, to seek to give effect to that objective throughout the proceedings.Part II deals with all cases where the Registrar has decided to conduct a hearing. Rule 3 requires him to notify the parties of his intention and to provide guidance relating to evidence and procedure.

These Regulations make provision for the review of rent by Rent Assessment Boards. An application for review of rent may be made pursuant to section 5a of the Act to a Rent Assessment Board, constituted under the Rent Restriction Act, having jurisdiction over the area within which the land is located (reg. 3). The application shall be in the form prescribed by these Regulations and set out in the Schedule. A hearing shall be held, and upon decision of the Board, a certificate shall be issued to the applicant. (8 regulations completed by a Schedule)

A review of rent may be made pursuant to section 5a of the Land Tenants (Security of Tenure) Act to a Rent assessment Board, constituted under the Rent Restriction Act, having jurisdiction over the area within which the land is located. This Order specifies the matters of which a Board shall take cognisance in undertaking a review.

The State registration of rights to land shall form an integrated part of the land cadaster. Registration shall be carried nation-wide by the State Land Management Department and be managed by a Chief Registrar. A Zone Registrar shall manage registration in a specified zone. Powers of a Registrar are set out in article 7. Documents relative to land shall be registered within thirty days of their creation (art. 8). The Registrar may order registration under article 9.

This Regulation concerns the reorganization of (collective) enterprises and transformation of those enterprises in structures that are more apt to raise the motivation of persons involved in enterprises, and regulates various matters relating to reorganization, such as "dehkan" farms. The form of enterprises shall be decided by the members of collective enterprises subject to directives from the State Commission for the reorganization of agricultural enterprises. "Interfarming and innerfarming" objects may be transferred to the proper ministries and departments.

The Government of Tajikistan issues the present Decree with a view to create the necessary conditions for the development of new organizational forms of farming and to increase of the effectiveness of the agricultural production. It allows the establishment of associations of tenants, cooperatives, dehkan farms, and other organizational forms of farming. Profitable sovhozes shall be transformed on kolhozes.

The present Regulation lays down basic rules for the creation and operation of "dehkan" (private) farms, especially with regard to the allocation and use of land. Citizens have the right to leave collective farms and to start private farms. The size of the farm shall be decided by the Executive Committee of the Regional Soviet in each single case.

El presente Reglamento, que consta de 3 capítulos y 15 artículos, tiene como objeto regular el procedimiento a seguir y los derechos y deberes de las partes, mediadores, asesores y representantes en el tramite de mediación institucional establecido en la Ley Nº 278, Ley sobre propiedad reformada urbana y agraria de 1997. Por tratarse de procesos de mediación institucional, administrados por la Oficina Nacional de Mediación, todo proceso de mediación se llevara a cabo en las instalaciones que disponga la mencionada Oficina y con mediadores certificados por ésta.

El presente Reglamento, que consta de 3 capítulos y 13 artículos, tiene como objeto regular aspectos administrativos y reglamentarios de los procesos arbitrales establecidos en la Ley Nº 278, Ley sobre propiedad reformada urbana y agraria de 1997. La Corte Suprema de Justicia, a través de la Oficina Nacional de Arbitraje, será la institución a cargo de la administración de los procesos arbitrales.
