This Act, consisting of 52 Sections divided into three Parts and completed by two Schedules, regulates the sale and subdivision of land in the territory of Victoria. The Act includes also provisions on registration, dispute settlement, insurances and public auctions.

These Regulations provide for registration of charges created upon farming stock, additional assets or other agricultural assets under the Agricultural Credits Act. They provide for matters such as: application for registration of charge; duties of registrar on receipt of application for registration; application for noting of discharges in register, and prescribe forms in relation with applications and certification.

The present Law regulates conditions and modalities of ownership, use and disposal of immovables as well as relations regarding other rights relayed to immovables. Relations connected with use and conservation of soil, subsoil, forests, vegetable kingdom and wildlife, water, airspace, territories on which monuments pertaining to cultural heritage are situated are regulated by the present Law and other legislative acts of the Republic of Armenia. Legal status of immovables regards also marine, fluvial-marine and fluvial vessels subject to compulsory state registration.

This Act concerns land titles in Nunavut. It creates and regulates registration districts, contains provisions on officers involved in land titles (inspections, registrations), regulates procedures related to land titles, certification of titles and record keeping, transfer of land, leases and mortgages. It also provides for fees, land valuation, remedial proceedings and dispute settlement.

This Act provides for prospecting and development of areas that are considered and classified as underdeveloped. The Minister has the power to make agreements with companies or persons providing for the prospecting of underdeveloped areas and for planning and implementing their development. The Act contains provisions on payments to owners and on the solution of disputes arising from the implementation of the Act.

The present Law establishes legal basis for the organization and management of geodetic, topographic and cartographic works and elaboration, use and protection of scientific and technical production, material and information that are the outcome of the afore-mentioned works. The present Law establishes the basis of the organization of land market and regulation of economic and legal relations concerning land market. The document consists of V Secs. that contain 23 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. Section II (Arts. 6-8) regards organization of land market. Section III (Arts. 9-17) regards regulation of land market. Section IV (Arts. 18-20) regards registration of the rights on land. Section V (Arts. 21-23) establishes liability for the infringement of the legislation on land market and regulates the issues of dispute settlement.
