La présente loi comprend 120 articles repartis en 6 titres, notamment les dispositions générales (Titre I); les principes et axes fondamentaux de la politique d’aménagement et de développement du territoire (Titre II); les orientations spécifiques d’aménagement et de développement du territoire (Titre III); les documents de la politique d’aménagement du territoire (Titre IV); les outils financiers, institutionnels et juridiques de la politique d’aménagement du territoire (Titre V); et les disposition finales (Titre VI).Ce texte fixe le cadre légal de la politique d’aménagement du territoire

This Law officially establishes the new form and entity of the national nature area (park) officially denominated “Kozara” (situated on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, autonomous district of the Federation of BIH, also defined by precise coordinates and borders also part of this Law), further defining the border protection regime, rules and standards, management related standards and issues, including the provisions governing the protection, management ,development activities and obligations of legal and private entities.

This Order shall apply to granting of subsidies to nature projects on carbon-rich lowlands set to improve the environment and climate. The Danish AgriFish Agency regulates the Order and may grant allocation of subsidies to ensure study and information of these projects. The Agency shall also facilitate measures for the purchase of project land in adherence to Act No.

This Act designates various undeveloped coastal barrier islands for inclusion in the Coastal Barrier Resources System (areas adjacent to or contiguous with lands managed for conservation purposes). Areas so designated were made ineligible for direct or indirect Federal financial assistance that might support development, including flood insurance. Exceptions for certain activities, such as fish and wildlife research, are provided, and National Wildlife Refuges and other, otherwise protected areas are excluded from the System.

El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el Reglamento de Protección Ambiental para proyectos vinculados a las actividades de Vivienda, Urbanismo, Construcción y Saneamiento, en relación con la actualización del Registro de empresas y/o entidades encargadas para elaborar estudios ambientales en el sector vivienda, y con la creación de un instrumento que tenga por objeto remediar las deficiencias en el control de impacto ambiental negativo para proyectos que se encuentren en ejecución u operación.

This Act establishes a voluntary national program within the Department of Commerce to encourage coastal States to develop and implement coastal zone management plans. Funds were authorized for cost-sharing grants to States to develop their programs. Each State's plan was required to define boundaries of the coastal zone, to identify uses of the area to be regulated by the State, the mechanism (criteria, standards or regulations) for controlling such uses, and broad guidelines for priorities of uses within the coastal zone.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, conservation, protection and management of protected areas with a view of conservation of unique ecosystems and typical natural complexes, natural landscapes and other natural objects, wild fauna and wild flora, genetic fund thereof, study of natural processes in the biosphere and control over change of state thereof, and also for the purpose of ecological education of the population.

These Regulations amend the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 in regulation 31(3) concerning the maximum credit a landfill site operator may claim against annual landfill tax liability, in respect of qualifying contributions made to certain bodies concerned with the environment.
