This Act establishes the Urban Development Corporation, defines its functions and powers and provides with respect to organization and financing of the Corporation.The operations of the Corporation shall be controlled by the Urban Development Board. The Corporation shall be instrumental in the planning and coordination of development in rural and urban areas declared to be development areas for purposes of this Act. Declaration of development areas in a Forest Estate or a Parks and Wildlife Estate requires the consent of the competent Minister.

La presente Ley establece medidas urgentes en materia de ordenación territorial para la dinamización sectorial y la ordenación del turismo, con el objetivo de abordar lod principios del marco en el que el turismo, principal actividad económica del archipiélago, deba desarrollarse en los próximos años, garantizando la sostenibilidad de su ocupación territorial y la fortaleza de su competitividad.

La presente Ley establece el procedimiento especial para la adjudicación gratuita de la propiedad colectiva de tierras tradicionalmente ocupadas por los pueblos y comunidades indígenas que no están dentro de las comarcas.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento para la implementación de la entrega de tierras estatales ociosas en concepto de usufructo a personas naturales o jurídicas, conformando a tal fin el Fondo de tierras ociosas que pueden ser entregadas en usufructo y estableciendo los requisitos y procedimientos que deben cumplir las personas naturales y jurídicas para solicitar la entrega.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the administration of the Sverdlovsk Region , for the purpose of conservation of historical and cultural heritage, have agreed as follows: 1). The present Agreement establishes delimitation of authority as regards management and conservation of the objects of historical and cultural heritage pertaining to state property, classified as federal and regional ones.

El presente Decreto crea el Centro Nacional de Geomática, como la organización pública sólida, estable y eficiente, que se encargue de organizar, coordinar, normar, estimular y propiciar el desarrollo de la ciencia geomática.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Regional administration shall be responsible for establishment of the boundaries of protection zone of the objects of cultural heritage, land tenure regime and land-use planning within land areas containing objects of cultural heritage and decision-making related to classification of the objects of cultural heritage. Objects of cultural heritage shall be subject to mandatory state registration.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la Ley que adopta medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado y la atención, protección, consolidación y estabilización socioeconómica de los desplazados internos por la violencia, en relación a la disposición que establece que los notarios se abstendrán de autorizar escrituras públicas de actos jurídicos que impliquen transferencia de dominio de predios rurales ubicados en zonas de desplazamiento, mientras los solicitantes no aporten copia del certificado de libertad y tradición.

The Act applies to stone, gravel, sand, clay, lime, chalk, peat, topsoil and similar elements. Exploitation of mineral deposits on land and sea must be part of a sustainable development plan which purpose is to ensure monitoring of mining areas after extraction, raw material supply, ensure that raw materials used are quality based and that raw materials shall be, where possible, replaced by waste products.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005 in relation with appeals to the Planning Tribunal or to an adjudicator.

These Regulations prescribe the procedure to be followed for an inquiry to be conducted by an inspector into the provisions of a new or replacement Development Plan, Subject Plan, Local Planning Brief or for amendments thereto prepared by the Environment Department pursuant to the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005 and the Land Planning and Development (Plans) Ordinance, 2007. They also make provision for the appointment and functions of the Inquiry Administration who shall assist the inspector with the administration of the inquiry and define powers of the inspector.
