This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Tuyen Quang province.The plan aims at developing Tuyen Quang into a province with a fast and sustainable economic growth and a protected eco-environment.The plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; development of plant varieties; animal husbandry development; development of aquaculture; urban development; management of natural resources and environmental protection; and development of water supply infrastructures and wastewater drainage systems.

This Regulation prescribes the content and manner for the correct keeping of the Central register of planning documents (including various sectors, such as land planning, physical planning and construction).The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

The Decision 1190 of 2009 lays down the framework of the National Agency of Territory Planning (NATP) as a legal entity under the authority of the Minister of Public Works, Transport and Telecommunication. La presente Resolución por la cual se establece los requisitos y procedimientos para la elaboración y tramitación de los esquemas y planes de ordenamiento territorial (POT) para el desarrollo urbano y rural, a nivel local y parcial, adicionando criterios para la gestión integral de riesgos de desastres y adaptación al cambio climático, que permitan un desarrollo sostenible.

El presente Decreto crea el Centro Nacional de Geomática, como la organización pública sólida, estable y eficiente, que se encargue de organizar, coordinar, normar, estimular y propiciar el desarrollo de la ciencia geomática.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Regional administration shall be responsible for establishment of the boundaries of protection zone of the objects of cultural heritage, land tenure regime and land-use planning within land areas containing objects of cultural heritage and decision-making related to classification of the objects of cultural heritage. Objects of cultural heritage shall be subject to mandatory state registration.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la Ley que adopta medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado y la atención, protección, consolidación y estabilización socioeconómica de los desplazados internos por la violencia, en relación a la disposición que establece que los notarios se abstendrán de autorizar escrituras públicas de actos jurídicos que impliquen transferencia de dominio de predios rurales ubicados en zonas de desplazamiento, mientras los solicitantes no aporten copia del certificado de libertad y tradición.

The Act applies to stone, gravel, sand, clay, lime, chalk, peat, topsoil and similar elements. Exploitation of mineral deposits on land and sea must be part of a sustainable development plan which purpose is to ensure monitoring of mining areas after extraction, raw material supply, ensure that raw materials used are quality based and that raw materials shall be, where possible, replaced by waste products.

The administration, control, custody and management of the Coastal Zone, and the general administration and implementation of the provisions of this Act are hereby vested in the National Environmental Protection Authority. "Coastal Zone" means the area laying within a limit of twenty five (25) feet landwards of the mean high water line and a limit of two hundred feet seawards of the mean low water line. The Authority shall appoint a Director of Coast Conservation.

The present Regulations are made under the Lands Act. In particular, the Regulations provide for the control of development activities in the St. John’s Urban Region. Section 4 lays down provisions relating to the control of development and establishes that a development shall not be carried out within the development area described in the Schedule except in accordance with the present Regulations.
