These Regulations make provision in connection with appeals to the Scottish Ministers under sections 47, 130, 154, 169 and 180 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and in relation to the procedure for dealing with applications to be determined by the Scottish Ministers by virtue of a direction under section 46 of the Act.

This Regulation of the Forestry Development Authority (FDA), made National Forestry Reform Law of 2006 concerns sound approach to forest land use planning to maximize the benefits of forest land allocation to Liberian society as a whole. This Act makes provision with respect to improved administration of municipalities and related matters. It defines powers and functions of municipal authorities and concerns, among other things, development of culture of community participation and integrated development planning. Each municipal council must, within a prescribed period after the start of its elected term, adopt a single, inclusive and strategic plan for the development of the municipality. The Act also defines regulation-making powers of the Minister.

This Regulation provides for the management and conservation of native vegetation in New South Wales. Native vegetation includes trees, understorey plants, groundcover and plants occurring in wetlands of indigenous vegetation, i.e. species of vegetation that existed before European settlement.

They replace the existing system as defined by Part II of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43), the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994 and the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000.
