El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba la Estrategia Nacional de Lucha contra la Desertificación y la Sequía (ENLCDS), un instrumento de gestión multisectorial, de alcance nacional cuyo objetivo general es el de prevenir y reducir la desertificación, la degradación de la tierra y el impacto de la sequía en el territorio nacional, considerando un horizonte de planificación de 15 años (2016-2030).

The purpose of this Act makes provision for the conservation of nature and its fauna and flora resources, and to protect natural and cultural monuments.It consists of 105 articles divided into 14 Chapters: Purpose of the Act (1); General protection provisions (2); Works, installations, etc. in the country side (3); Public access to nature (4); Protection of plant and animal species, etc. (5); Conservation measures (6); Management of natural areas and fighting of soil erosion (7); Management of natural resources (8); Monitoring, advising, etc.

This Act regulates the creation and management of recreation areas on land and waters of Queensland. It consists of 58 sections and is divided into ten Parts. Part 2 provides for the establishment of recreational areas, Part 3 concerns the administration of the Act and provides for the establishment of the Queensland Recreation Areas Management Board, whose functions and powers are regulated under Part 4. Part 5 deals with management plans for recreational areas and Part 6 is dedicated to the powers of authorised officers.

Ce règlement prévoit la possibilité d'attribuer des subventions pour les travaux exécutés en zone verte dans l'intérêt de la conservation du caractère et de la beauté de l'espace rural et des forêts. Les subventions peuvent profiter aux collectivités publiques autres que l'Etat, aux propriétaires de fonds agricoles ou forestiers, ainsi qu'aux associations agréées. Les montants des subventions sont function de la nature des travaux: plantations d'arbres, de hales ou de bosquets, protection et entretien d'habitats naturals; etc.

This Act enables the Director of the Department of Land Management to have discretionary authority in the approval of a minor variance in connection with the location of a residential structure within a zone for residential use and to provide an exception for nonconforming buildings and nonconforming use of land. A specialized technical level of review involving land use planning techniques is applied so as to streamline the variance process. This Act also authorizes the Guam Land Use Commission to establish a new fee schedule for the filing of land use applications.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto los principios y directrices para la elaboración del Plan de Uso de Terrenos del Estado Libre de Puerto Rico, el cual constituye el instrumento fundamental en la planificación del aprovechamiento óptimo de los terrenos, basado en un enfoque integral que garantice al mismo tiempo un desarrollo sustentable del país y la conservación de los recursos naturales. La autoridad responsable de formular el Plan es la Oficina del Plan de Uso de Terrenos, establecida en virtud del artículo 3º.

La presente Resolución establece el procedimiento y los requisitos para la tramitación de solicitudes relacionadas con el ordenamiento territorial para el desarrollo urbano.

This Law establishes the creation and management of five regional governmental administration bodies (State Administration North Jutland; State Administration Mid-Jutland; State Administration of Southern Denmark; State Administration Sealand; and State Administration for Greater Copenhagen), each of these being headed by a Director who holds responsibility for public administration in accordance with Interior and Health Minister's activities.This Law consits of 5 Chapters: Establishment, management, etc.

This Regional Law establishes that that boundaries of the objects of cultural heritage shall be reported on city maps and also areas of particular conditions of land tenure and land-use planning due to the presence of the objects of cultural heritage.

The continuity of the law relating to the planning of the development and use of land is not affected by the repeal of the Development and Use of Land (Planning) Regulations, 1961, and their enactment as part of this Act, and accordingly (a) as the areas specified under regulation 2 of those Regulations as the areas to which the Regulations apply shall be areas to which the Regulations (as re-enacted in this Act) apply; and (b) any matter or thing which immediately before the commencement of this Act is pending under those Regulations shall upon such commencement be deemed to be pending und
