This Regional Law regulates the issues of conservation, management and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Regional Government shall be responsible for registration of the objects of cultural heritage, modification of the status thereof, establishment of land tenure and mapping of the boundaries of land areas containing objects of cultural heritage, and establishment of historical and cultural reserves with the status of protected areas.

This Act provides for the appointment of the Commissioner of Valuations and the valuation of agricultural and other land. The Commissioner shall make a valuation of the: (a) site value and improved value; or (b) capital value and annual rental value, of every parcel of land or any part thereof. Fresh valuation in respect of land shall commence as near as may be to five years from the date of the last valuation of the land as recorded in the Valuation Roll.

The present Act governs the valuation of land in general and land covered by water in Nova Scotia. The Act lays down provisions relating, inter alia, to property liable to taxation and propert exempt from taxation, appointment of assessors, powers and duties of assessors, assessment roll. This Decree-Law, consisting of 22 articles, regulates the institutionalization of the Information Territorial System of Cape Verde (SIT-CV). It establishes norms and requirements to be satisfied in order to manage this Spatial Data of Cape Verde (IDE-CV). It also defines competencies of the Coordinating Committee for Cartography and Cadastre (CCCC), as well as the respective procedures for the electronic access to data for their use in order to be able to manage and publish geographical information for all the National institutions.

The present Regulation is made under the Surveyors Act. In particular the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors. The principal object of the Association is to regulate the practice of professional land surveying and to govern its members and holders of certificates of authorization in accordance with the afore-mentioned Act and the present Regulations serve and protect the public interest. The Regulation includes the code of ethics and the standards of practice, which must be adhered to by all members of the Association.

This Act provides for the establishment of the Federal School of Surveying and the establishment and composition of the Council of the School. The School shall provide courses of instruction, training and research in surveying, cartography, photography, lithography, hydrography, photogrametry, remote sensing and other related courses and carry out other specified tasks.

The present Regulations are made under the Crown Minerals Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the orderly exploitation of minerals in Saskatchewan. Section 3 establishes that the Regulations apply to all Crown minerals other than any Crown minerals listed in this section.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution l’ordonnance du 23 septembre 2011 sur le registre foncier (ORF) et l’ordonnance du 18 novembre 1992 sur la mensuration officielle (OMO). L’article 1er établit que l’ordonnance règle, entre autres: a) le modèle de données pour le registre foncier; b) le modèle de données pour l’échange des données entre le registre foncier et la mensuration officielle; c) l’interface permettant le prélèvement et l’échange des données du registre foncier.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Scientific research and conservation of the objects of cultural heritage shall be carried out by state cultural institutions and by licensed natural and legal persons. Classification of objects as cultural heritage shall be performed by the Regional Council of People’s Deputies within a year from the date of submittal of application for classification of objects as cultural heritage.

These Rules, made under paragraph 2 of the Second Schedule of the Quantity Surveyors (Registration, etc.) Act, provides with respect to proceedings and other matters in cases against practitioners referred to the Quantity Surveyors Disciplinary Committee by the Registered Quantity Surveyors Investigating Panel. In any case where in pursuance of section 12 (3) of the Act the Panel is of the opinion that a prima facie case is shown against a practitioner, the Panel shall prepare a report of the case and formulate any appropriate charge or charges and forward them to the secretary.

These Regulations, made under section 21 of the Survey Act and continued under the Surveyors Registration Council of Nigeria Act, provide for examination of surveyors that desire to be registered under the Act. A candidate who completes the examination under these Regulations to the satisfaction of the Surveyors Licensing Board shall be granted a licence in the Form 6 in the Third Schedule to these Regulations entitling him to practise surveying; and the Board shall as soon as may be thereafter, issue the licence accordingly
