The present Ordinance by the Great Council of the Canton Aargau establishes an Interim Land Register run by the land registry clerk until a proper Land Register is introduced. The text consists of 43 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows. La presente Ley de protección y uso sostenible del litoral, precisa el concepto de dominio público marítimo-terrestre, tanto en lo que se refiere a la zona marítimo-terrestre como a las playas. La ley establece que la zona marítimo-terrestre se fijará hasta donde alcancen las olas en los mayores temporales conocidos a partir de los criterios técnicos que se establezcan, añadiendo mayor certeza, seguridad y uniformidad en los deslindes.

Decree No. 25 of 2013 (IV. 16.) VM of the Ministry of Rural Development laying down detailed rules of land surveying and cartography activity related to real estate registration.

This Decree provides that before supplying data for land surveying activity having real estate registration purpose, the congruency between data contained in the uniform real estate registration database must be verified. If the discrepancy exceeds the allowable measure, the competent land office must proceed with the verification of data. Further provisions contains detailed rules concerning types of schematic maps regarding changes, measuring activity, area calculation, marking the land parcel line, periodical on-site inspections, format of supplied data.

The purpose of the present Law is to use the soil in a rational and efficient way, to conserve natural living conditions, as well as the beauty of the landscape. It regulates the requirements for buildings and plants with a view to ensure the proper use of land, as well as the beauty, safety and hygiene, of the environment including the protection of nature and cultural heritage. Section VII shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case that cadastre numbers have been defined in accordance with technical cadastre documentation but not assigned until 1 January 2013, they shall be considered assigned and land plots shall be considered registered in State Land Cadastre from the date of submittal of the application by the customer of land survey documentation”.

This Act sets conditions for the exercise of land survey activities. In order to fulfill this capacity, a person must be appointed by the Minister of Environment, must be of legal age, is not under bankruptcy, has passed the Danish surveyor exam and has at least 3 years’ experience following the surveying examination, and has participated in the commonly occurring cadastral works by recruitment from a practicing surveyor – either by Survey and Cadastre Authority of the Jutland department or cadastral authority in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg Municipality.

Digital Underground Cadastre Ordinance.

The present Ordinance enforces the Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2011. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the management of the underground. Article 2 establishes that the underground cadastre includes buildings and facilities, inter alia, concerning water supply, gas, electricity and heat supply, effluent waste water, transport of fuels.

Kantonal Ordinance on official survey (Official Survey Ordinance).

The present Ordinance enforces the Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2011. Article 1 establishes that the Cantonal Surveying Agency is the authority responsible for the official land survey in the Canton Zurich. The article lists also the tasks that shall be carried out by the afore-mentioned Agency, such as authorizing survey contracts, regulating data description.
