The scope of this Regional Law shall be management, conservation, protection and reproduction of forests located on urban land. Urban forests shall be registered within the boundaries of urban areas and shall be destined for recreation of the population and conservation of favourable environment. Urban forest shall not be included in state forest fund, but shall be classified as public forest managed by regional administration. Urban forests shall be mapped and separated by boundaries form construction and residential areas.

These Rules, made under section 32 of the Deeds Registration Act, specify requirements for the presentation of documents for registration. The Deeds Registrar may refuse to register any document which does not comply with these requirements.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of mapping and modification of the boundaries of subsoil parcels conceded for subsoil management. Boundaries of subsoil parcels shall be mapped in accordance with geographical coordinates, specifying upper and lower boundaries and, in case of sea bottom, marine area and depth of subsoil. Modification of the boundaries shall be intended either as restriction or as expansion.

The present Law enforces, inter alia, the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the survey and use of spatial base data of the Canton, the communities and other designated public entities, and to the management of the spatial data information system. The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for land registration. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Fundamental provisions (I); Authentication fees (II); Registration, provisional entries and annotation fees (III); Other fees (IV); Final and transitional provisions (V).

These Regulations concern the validity of electronic documents for the creation, transfer, variation or extinction of land and interests in land. Documents created within the cadastre’s computer system, and authenticated by means of digital signature, shall be valid at specified conditions. The text consists of 6 articles.

The present Ordinance enforce the Federal Ordinance on the same subject of 18 November 1992. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to costs for acquisition of spatial data in various forms. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 6 Parts.

The present Ordinance enforces the Decree of official survey of 31 August 1998. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the execution of official land survey. The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Federal Ordinance on official cadastral survey of 18 November 1992.

The present Decree enforces federal legislation on the subject. In particular, article 1 establishes that the federal law determines the content and requirements of cadastral surveying.
