This Act regulates the creation and management of recreation areas on land and waters of Queensland. It consists of 58 sections and is divided into ten Parts. Part 2 provides for the establishment of recreational areas, Part 3 concerns the administration of the Act and provides for the establishment of the Queensland Recreation Areas Management Board, whose functions and powers are regulated under Part 4. Part 5 deals with management plans for recreational areas and Part 6 is dedicated to the powers of authorised officers.

Ce règlement prévoit la possibilité d'attribuer des subventions pour les travaux exécutés en zone verte dans l'intérêt de la conservation du caractère et de la beauté de l'espace rural et des forêts. Les subventions peuvent profiter aux collectivités publiques autres que l'Etat, aux propriétaires de fonds agricoles ou forestiers, ainsi qu'aux associations agréées. Les montants des subventions sont function de la nature des travaux: plantations d'arbres, de hales ou de bosquets, protection et entretien d'habitats naturals; etc.

Ce décret porte approbation du cahier des charges générales du partenariat entre le opérateurs publics et les propriétaires des immeubles situés à l'intérieur des périmètres d'intervention foncière pour la réalisation des programmes d'aménagement et d'équipement, de réhabilitation ou de rénovation urbaine. Le cahier de charge fixe l'objet et les conditions du partenariat ainsi que les obbligations des opérateurs publics et celles des partenaires à la réalisation des susdits programmes.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento para la ejecución de levantamiento de suelos, con la finalidad de homogenizar los criterios técnicos utilizados por los especialistas aplicables en los diferentes niveles de levantamiento de suelos, en orden a constituir herramienta obligatoria de la elaboración de los estudios y de la planificación ambiental.

This Order amends the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 in regulations 5, 5A and 13, which require local planning authorities to publicize: applications for listed building and conservation area consent; planning applications which affect the setting of listed buildings or the character or appearance of a conservation area; and applications by the local planning authority for listed building and conservation area consent.

This Ministerial Decree sets forth the procedure for carrying out tenders for land lease contracts for construction following a local decision authorizing the expropriation and allotment of land. Any legal person, individual entrepreneur or foreign legal person shall be authorized to participate in the tender. Damages resulting from the expropriation of land shall be compensated; amounts shall be based on: (a) the value of removed buildings and constructions; (b) removal cost; (c) losses due to the restriction of landowners’ and tenants’ rights; and (d) lost profits.

This Order amends, in relation to England, the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995, in relation with design and access statements which are required to accompany certain applications for planning permission.

This Law establishes the creation and management of five regional governmental administration bodies (State Administration North Jutland; State Administration Mid-Jutland; State Administration of Southern Denmark; State Administration Sealand; and State Administration for Greater Copenhagen), each of these being headed by a Director who holds responsibility for public administration in accordance with Interior and Health Minister's activities.This Law consits of 5 Chapters: Establishment, management, etc.

This Regional Law establishes that that boundaries of the objects of cultural heritage shall be reported on city maps and also areas of particular conditions of land tenure and land-use planning due to the presence of the objects of cultural heritage.

The continuity of the law relating to the planning of the development and use of land is not affected by the repeal of the Development and Use of Land (Planning) Regulations, 1961, and their enactment as part of this Act, and accordingly (a) as the areas specified under regulation 2 of those Regulations as the areas to which the Regulations apply shall be areas to which the Regulations (as re-enacted in this Act) apply; and (b) any matter or thing which immediately before the commencement of this Act is pending under those Regulations shall upon such commencement be deemed to be pending und
