Le présent décret crée auprès du ministre chargé de l’Aménagement du Territoire un Comité National d’Evaluation Technique des Schémas Directeurs d’Urbanisme (SDU) et des Plans d’Urbanisme Sectoriel (PUS) dont la mission est d’analyser et de donner un avis motivé sur les Schémas Directeurs d’Urbanisme (SDU) et des Plans d’Urbanisme Sectoriel (PUS) avant leur adoption et/ou approbation; d’évaluer les Schémas Directeurs d’Urbanisme (SDU) approuvés en Conseil des Ministres; et de contribuer à la relecture des textes relatifs à l’élaboration des Schémas Directeurs d’Urbanisme (SDU) et des Plans

La presente Resolución modifica la que establece los criterios para definir la composición poblacional en cada proyecto de Vivienda, en relación a la modificación de la composición poblacional que el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda (Fonvivienda) podrá realizar variando el porcentaje asignado a cada grupo de población en cada proyecto en cualquier tiempo.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto establecer la Norma ambiental de calidad de suelos para diversos usos, a fin de proteger la salud humana y los ecosistemas, definir los niveles genéricos de referencia y los límites máximos permisibles de contaminantes químicos en el suelo, establecer los métodos a utilizar en los análisis químicos y microbiológicos y especificar los contenidos de informes preliminares de situación, de caracterización y de remediación de suelos.

El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, para lograr una más clara integración con disposiciones de rango legal relativas al tema, principalmente propiciando una aplicación más exacta y sencilla para los operadores normativos del Catastro Nacional.
