La presente Ley Nº 4/2017, aprueba la quinta modificación del texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de ordenación del territorio y urbanismo, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1/2004, con el fin de incorporar los principios establecidos en el Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea a la legislación asturiana, como son los principios de libre competencia, transparencia, igualdad de trato y no discriminación.

This Act amends the Village Fono Act by inserting a new section 2A stating the objects of the Act and by inserting provisions and amending other provisions on the registration and administration of villages and the limitation of jurisdiction of Village Fono (in particular in respect of Government, freehold or leasehold land located within village land). A new section on structures and activities on village land for community purposes is also inserted.

This Regulation amends articles 2, 5, and 8 of Regulation 289 of 2006. The amendment affects the structure and organization of the ALUIIZC. According to it, the ALUIIZC will have a Tirana-based central department and 27 local departments according to the list introduced by it. Further, the ALUIIZC will be chaired by the General Director and 3 (three) Deputy Directors.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 to: update the definition of “European site”; insert new articles 7ZA to 7ZE imposing obligations on planning authorities with regard to applications by electronic communications code operators for a determination as to whether prior approval is required with regard to the siting and appearance of new ground based masts. An European site now includes also a site in the meaning of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the conservation of wild birds.
