This Act, consisting of 8 articles, creates the Centre for Geo-technology, Cartography and Territorial Planning (CGPTERR), as the Decentralized Administrative Unit of the Secretariat of State for Planning and Development (SEPLAN). The purpose of the CGPTERR is to coordinate and carry out a systematic mapping of the territory, by supporting the territorial planning activities of the State, and specifically: 1. creation of databases and geo-processed information, in order to articulate and make compatible the various sectoral policies and territorial planning; 2.

This Procedure determines the mechanism of inspection and renewal of State Geodetic Network points, establishes the types of thereof and shall be mandatory for the subjects of topographic, geodetic and cartographic activity.

This Presidential Decision creates the National Commission for preparing the National Land Management Plan (PNOT). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilites of the above mentioned Commission, coordinated by the Minister of Planning and Territorial Development, entitled to prepare the PNOT, to approve the territorial model and the action programmes. The Commission will be terminated after approval of its final report by the Executive Holder.

These Regulations describe the localities into which community planning partnerships must divide local authority areas for the purpose of carrying out locality planning under Part 2 (section 9(2)) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015. Section 9 requires each community planning partnership, for the purposes of locality planning, to divide the area of the local authority into smaller areas.

These Regulations make provision in relation to bringing into force sections 83 (core path plans) and 84 (access rights: service of court applications) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016. It also contains transitional provisions regarding "core path plans" as provided for by the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003. The effect of this is that anything done under the old law before 31st December 2016 will have effect as if it had been done under the new law.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 to: update the definition of “European site”; insert new articles 7ZA to 7ZE imposing obligations on planning authorities with regard to applications by electronic communications code operators for a determination as to whether prior approval is required with regard to the siting and appearance of new ground based masts. An European site now includes also a site in the meaning of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the conservation of wild birds.

It is related to geodetic and cartographic works, fundamental rights and duties in geodesy and cartography.

The Act makes provision for various matters relating to customary land, private land and public land and powers of the Minister in respect of such land.
