Le Plan de Développement Économique et Social (PDES) 2017-2021 est un plan quinquennal de l’opérationnalisation de la Stratégie de Développement Durable et de Croissance Inclusive (SDDCI) Niger 2035 adoptée par le Gouvernement le 9 mai 2017. Son objectif est de contribuer à bâtir un pays pacifique, bien gouverné avec une économie émergente et durable, et une société fondée sur des valeurs d’équité et de partage des fruits du progrès. Spécifiquement, il vise à renforcer la résilience du système de développement économique et social.

This Act provides rules for physical planning, including Integrated Urban Areas and Town Development Planning, in Marsabit County. County plans shall be made in accordance with provisions of Part XI of the County Governments Act, 2012. This National Plan of Action, based on the Global Program of Action to protect the marine environment from land-based activities, is developed through a collaborative and participatory approach between government agencies, local institutions and private sector in partnership with the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)-GPA Program Office. It sets out in detail the hydrological conditions of Belize, institutional and legal framework, biodiversity and other elements of importance to implementation of the NPA.
