El presente Acuerdo expide los Lineamientos del Plan Nacional de Cambio Climático (PNCC) que desarrolla la Estrategia Nacional de Cambio Climático (ENCC) 2012-2025. El PNCC es un instrumento diseñado para hacer efectiva la transversalización del cambio climático y como tal puede integrar en el marco de un enfoque sectorial, tanto aspectos de mitigación, como de adaptación al cambio climático y acciones concretas a impulsar desde las áreas identificadas como prioritarias.

These Regulations introduce a new system of environmental permitting in England and Wales. They replace the existing system as defined by Part II of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43), the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994 and the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000.

This Proclamation of the Benishangul Gumz Regional State shall apply to any rural land found in the region. It mainly is concerned with land rights land use and administration of rural lands. Land is declared the common property of the state and people and it shall not be subjected to sale or other means of exchange. Any peasant who legally resides in the region shall have the right to hold land irrespective of gender or any other discrimination. Land administration shall be implemented through community participation. Rural land shall not be expropriated unless to use for public services.

This Rural Land Use and Administration Policy of the Afar National Regional State seeks to provide an answer to the following problems: The traditional land administration and use system is not in line with the formal government land administration and use system.

This Order consolidates with amendments the permitted development provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 and subsequent amending instruments. Le présent décret crée, auprès du ministre de l’Urbanisme et de l’Habitat, le Comité Interministériel de Suivi des Opérations de Libération des Servitudes de Certains Cours d’Eau non Flottables du District de Bamako ayant pour mission de suivre la mise en œuvre des actions envisagées pour la libération des servitudes de certains cours d’eau non flottables du District de Bamako.

This Regional Law determines composition, elaboration and modification of the regional land-use planning scheme. Land-use planning project shall include regulations on territorial planning and mapping of objects projected for location, description and characteristics of land areas and names of urban, municipal districts and inhabited areas. Monitoring of land-use planning schemes shall include state of environment and environmental protection arrangements.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la vivienda y el subsidio de vivienda para la población desplazada, respecto a la asignación del subsidio familiar de vivienda que se realizará exclusivamente a través de programas que desarrollen los componentes de retorno y reubicación.
