Le présent arrête fixe l’organisation et les modalités de fonctionnement de la Cellule d'Appui à la Décentralisation/Déconcentration du Logement, des Affaires Foncières et Domaniales et de l'Urbanisme.

This Decree states that the protection of cultural heritage is a set of measures to prevent deformation, destruction, alteration of the structure and loss of cultural value. The state authorities and municipalities shall carry out control over the use, as well as ensure the identification, research, inventory, monitoring and protection of cultural heritage.

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning Act of 8 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102). In particular, Ordinance establishes for the exclusive economic zone of the Federal Republic of Germany objectives and principles of land use planning with regard to the economic and scientific use, in terms of ensuring the safety and efficiency of navigation and the protection of the marine environment. The present Ordinance amends the Introductory Ordinance on environmental impact assessment of 16 April 1997. In particular, it amends article 1 listing the tasks of the Environment Office in the Canton of Zurich; as well as item 80.8 of the Annex concerning plants dealing with genetically modified organisms.

This Decree determines every zone throughout the entire territory of Azerbaijan and specifies the general principles of these zones separately. This Decree sets forth rules and regulations of determining plots of land for industries, residences, cultural structure, roads, intersections, green areas and other construction areas, considering the impacts of earthquakes, landslides, floods and other natural and man-made disasters and in addition, principles of usage of these areas.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta los macroproyectos de interés social nacional adoptados vinculando instrumentos de planeación, financiación y gestión del suelo para ejecutar operaciones de gran escala, en relación a los procedimientos para la expedición de licencias de subdivisión, urbanización y construcción que se hará con sujeción a las normas adoptadas exclusivamente en el respectivo macroproyecto.

This Order makes saving, transitional and consequential provisions in relation to the commencement of various provisions of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 with respect of classes of development to which permitted development rights apply. It provides permitted development rights for the installation of free standing wind turbines and air source heat pumps on or within the curtilage of a dwellinghouse and building containing flats, subject to certain limitations and conditions. Development is not permitted by this class in the case of land within a conservation area or a World Heritage Site.
