Ce décret modifie le décret portant création et composition des conférences régionales de l'aménagement et du développement du territoire, prévues à l'article 6 de la loi nº 95-115 du 4 février 1995 d'orientation pour l'aménagement et le développement du territoire, en établissant des dispositions particulières pour les régions d'outre-mer.

Ce décret porte composition et modalités de fonctionnement du Conseil national de l'aménagement et du développement du territoire, prévu à l'article 3 de la loi nº 95-115 du 4 février 1995 modifiée d'orientation pour l'aménagement et le développement du territoire.

Le schéma régional d'aménagement et de développement du territoire comprend: a) Un rapport établissant un diagnostic de l'état actuel du territoire régional et présentant, dans ses dimensions interrégionales, nationales et européennes, l'évolution économique, sociale et environnementale sur vingt ans de ce territoire; b) Une charte régionale qui définit les orientations fondamentales à dix ans du développement durable de ce territoire et fixe à cet effet les principaux objectifs d'aménagement et d'équipement en cohérence avec les politiques de l'Etat et les différentes collectivités territo

Cet arrêté porte création de la Commission pour l'élaboration d'un plan de développement de la zone métropolitaine de Port-au-Prince. Ce plan consiste, entre autre, à: mettre en place un programme d'initiatives urbaines de la zone métropolitaine, un centre de recherche, d'information et de documentation sur ladite zone; proposer un projet de loi pour assurer une meilleure gouvernance de la même.

This Order establishes protected areas in order to exploit hydropower generation along the Lúrio River. It consists of 3 articles defining these protected areas, delimited within 4 lands.

These measures propose to strengthen land administration, the protection of land rights, and to improve utilisation of land in Sichuan. Chapter I provides for administration of land. The local government shall restrict conversion of land for agriculture to land for construction (art. 2). Chapter 2 concerns ownership of land and land use rights. The Province shall implement a land registration system in accordance with the Law (art. 6). Article 8 concerns the use of state owned land. The Forestry Law of the PRC shall regulate ownership or use of land for forestry.

In this Act "land development" means any act done to soil or land in order to increase its richness or quality, or to increase agricultural produce, and includes the improvement of soil or land which lacks natural fertility or lacks fertility due to its utilisation, and soil and water conservation to maintain natural balance or for suitable utilisation of land for agriculture. There shall be a committee called the "Land Development Committee" composed of ministers and Government officers.

Ce décret porte création, composition et modalités de fonctionnement du comité interministériel de l'aménagement et du développement du territoire, prévu à l'article 33 de la loi nº 95-115 du 4 février 1995 modifiée d'orientation pour l'aménagement et le développement du territoire, et chargé d'examiner les questions relatives à l'aménagement et au développement du territoire, en vue de préparer les décisions du Gouvernement.

This Decree-Law establishes the State lands use. It is divided into 6 articles listing as follows the different authorized uses that may be done of lands pertaining to the State: urban, agricultural, industrial, mining and water resources, recreational, infrastructure system and other uses. Contracts must not exceed the duration of 100 years.

This Code regulates the accomodation and housing of the popul ation, urban and rural planning, the development of engineering, transport and s ocial infrastructures, rational use of the natural resources and environmental protection for the benefit of tenants.

This Federal Law introduces the notion of joint ownership that includes the ownership of the plot of land, on which the edifice is situated, within the boundaries delimited by law. The joint owners are obliged to treat with care the plots of land on which the edifice is situated. The joint ownership extends to the adjoining plots of land within the boundaries delimited by law with the greenery growing on them.

This Law establishes the State Coastal Management Plan, sets its objectives and guidelines and defines the instruments for its preparation, approval and execution. It consists of 6 chapters establishing: Definition (chap. 1); Objectives (chap. 2); Goals (chap. 3); Management System and Instruments (chaps. 4 and 5) and General Provisions (chap. 6). It covers all ecosystems and natural resources existing on the land, transition and sea segments.
