This Order contains the application form and the list of documentation for the acknowledgement of status of self-regulatory organization in the sphere of land-survey by public authority.

These Regulations are enacted in order to strengthen the management of urban and rural planning.

The Purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act and those necessary for the enforcement of such matters. Article 3 lists item subject to a resource survey to be conducted under article 3 of the aforementioned Act. Article 5 lays down provisions relating to the proposal of a rural landscape management plan.

This Regulation is enacted in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China. This Order of the Cabinet Secretary implements provisions of the Land Registration Act in respect to the establishment and operation of land registration units as constituted under section 6 (l) of the Act. The Cabinet Secretary establishes registration units as set out in the First Schedule.

Le présent arrêté complète l'arrêté du 1er juin 2015, fixant les tarifs des prestations de l'office de topographie et du cadastre.
