This Ministerial Decree establishes that the scope of the Federal program shall be protection of Baikal lake and Baikal ecosystem against negative impact of anthropogenic, technogenic and natural factors. Federal program shall perform the following functions: (a) reduction of emission of pollutants; (b) rehabilitation of the territory subject to high and extremely high pollution; (c) utilization of recreational potential of protected areas; (d) conservation and reproduction of biological diversity; and (e) state ecological monitoring.

The authorized representatives of the state bodies of state power of the Russian Federation and the bodies of state power of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania have agreed on the following: 1)The relations between State Bodies of the Russian Federation and State Bodies of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania shall be governed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and the present Treaty.

The purpose of this Regulation is to determine lands that could be used for other than agricultural purposes when needed and to determine lands of with a potential high level of agricultural production. The Regulation sets forth provisions on cadastre, land registration, actions to be taken for protection of environment, land leveling by determining all vegetative production areas including meadow and pastures, preventive measures for erosion, efficient use of lands, drainage network, land valuation and land parceling, in the field of land consolidation.

This Act applies to all kinds of pollution discharge in Vanuatu. Despite the provisions of any other Act, all persons and agencies having responsibilities under this Act, or whose functions and powers may relate to any matter or thing involving the environment, are to apply the precautionary principle. The Act sets out the Director of the Department of Environmental Protection and Conservation.

La presente Resolución establece los riterios, regulaciones y requisitos ambientales obligatorios para desarrollos habitacionales comprendidos en proyectos de urbanización, construcción de viviendas en espacios urbanos, rurales, costeros y zonas ecológicamente frágiles.

This Proclamation establishes the Oromia Bureau of Land and Environmental Protection and defines its objectives, functions and powers.

These Regulations, made by the Board of the Environment Protection Agency under section 62 of the Environment Protection Agency Act, 2008 as amended by the Environment Protection Agency (Amendment) Act, 2010, provide with respect to environmental protection in mining operations. They shall apply to body corporates and individuals applying for or issued minerals rights under the Mines and Minerals Act 2009.

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Protection belts and water conservation zones of surface waterbodies shall be established for reduction of pollution of water ecosystems, prevention of erosion, restriction of economic activities in flooded areas, and also with a view of conservation of typical landscapes”.

Le présent décret crée et délimite un périmètre d'amélioration pastorale d'El Gaâda El Kbira (commune rurale des Ouled Abdoune, cercle de Khouribga-province de Khouribga). La création de cette zone vise à limiter la dégradation des pâturages et en assurer la reconstitution en vue d’une exploitation rationnelle. Par ailleurs, les associations d’élevage constituées dans les limites de ce périmètre antérieurement à la publication de ce décret doivent être déclarés aux administratives locales.

El Reglamento, que consta de 7 capítulos, 17 artículos y 2 anexos, establece un sistema nacional de clasificación de tierras adecuadas a las características ecológicas de las diversas regiones del país, con el fin de difundir el uso racional permanente de las tierras, evitando la destrucción y deterioro del suelo.

This Act makes provision with respect to planning and ecological experiments in urban areas. City Councils may take decisions derogating from existing requirements regarding soil, water, etc in experimental areas within 5 years from the date of entry into force of this Act if it holds that the experiment will contribute to the improvement if the environment and quality of live.
