Law amending the Vorarlberg IPPC Hazardous Installation Law.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the IPPC Hazardous Installation Law (LGBl. No. 20/2001). In particular, the Law rewords the title of the afore-mentioned Law as follows: “Law on obligations of operators to protect the environment”. Furthermore, the Law adds Part 4 on Environmental liability, and article 1 on Transitional provisions concerning environmental liability.

An Act by the regional government of Vorarlberg on the prevention and reduction of pollution to implement the Council Directive 96/61/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control. For the purposes of the present Act “pollution” means the direct or indirect introduction as a result of human activity, of substances, vibrations, heat or noise into the air, water or land which may be harmful to human health or the quality of the environment, result in damage to material property, or impair or interfere with amenities and other legitimate uses of the environment.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 7 Chapters, approves the National Regulation for Land and Urban Planning (RNOTPU). it specifies the basic legislation for territorial planning and its management, as established by Legislative Decree No. 1/2006. The present Law implements the Federal Land Use Planning Act (BGBl. I p. 2081, p. 2102) and the Land Use Planning Law of 28 April 1998 of Sachsen-Anhalt. The Law lays down provisions relating to the regional development plan of Sachsen-Anhalt. In particular, the purpose of the Law is to maintain the perfect functioning of the ecosystem in the populated and unpopulated area of the Land. In all parts of Sachsen-Anhalt balanced economic, infrastructural, social, environmental and cultural conditions shall be ensured. The text consists of 7 Parts.

The Order applies to rural development. The "Common Schedule" is a form used to apply for certain types of agriculture to be carried out in specific land areas. These applications are submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency in order to obtain partial or full subsidy for these farming activities. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall ensure that registration of these applications are done electronically. There may only be submitted one application for each farm. Areas in which a farmer has given grazing rights to others, shall be included in the farmers’ application.

This Order amends, in relation to England only, the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 3 of Schedule 2.
