These Regulations implement the Heritage Act 1995 by prescribing various forms and documentation required under the Act, setting the fees payable for the issue of certain permits, consents and certificates and regulating exemptions and waives from the payment of fees.

Planning and Environment Regulations, 2015.
These Regulations are made under section 202 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.
Traditional Owner Settlement (Negotiation Costs) Regulations, 2015.
The objective of these Regulations, consisting of four sections and one Form, is to prescribe the method for calculating the reasonable costs of negotiating land use activities. For the purposes of section 52(2) of the Act, the prescribed method for calculating the reasonable costs of negotiating under section 50 of the Act is the method that: (a) uses Form 1; and (b) includes any one or more of the following costs incurred by the traditional owner group entity in preparing for and conducting the negotiation: (i) decision-making costs; (ii) the cost of professional services.
Surveying (Cadastral Surveys) Regulations, 2015.
The objectives of these Regulations, consisting of 17 sections and completed by four Schedules, are to: (a) prescribe standards for cadastral surveys; (b) regulate and control the making of cadastral surveys by licensed surveyors; and (c) prescribe forms and other matters relating to cadastral surveys. These Regulations are made under section 63 of the Surveying Act 2004.The Surveyors Board has powers and functions relating to the registration, training and certification of surveyors (sect. 8).
Traditional Owner Settlement Act, 2010 (No. 62).
The purposes of this Act, consisting of 19 Parts, are to advance reconciliation and promote good relations between the State and traditional owners and to recognise traditional owner groups based on their traditional and cultural associations to certain land in Victoria by: (a) providing for the making of agreements between the State and traditional owner groups: (i) to recognise traditional owner rights and to confer rights on traditional owner groups as to access to or ownership or management of certain public land; and (ii) as to decision making rights and other rights that may be exerci
