The Act, consisting of 27 sections, provides for the transfer of the lands reserved for the use of aborigines at Framlingham and Lake Tyers to the Framlingham and Lake Tyers reserves, whose operation is regulated under the Act.
Land Tax Regulations, 2015.
These Regulations, consisting of seven sections, are made under section 107 of the Land Tax Act 2005.
Sale of Land Regulations 2004.
The objectives of these Regulations, made under the Sale of Land Act 1962, are to regulate the conduct of public auctions of land; to prescribe standard rules for the conduct of public auctions of land; to prescribe information statements that must be made available for inspection at public auctions of land. The Regulations are completed by two schedules: Rules for the conduct of public auctions of land and Information concerning the conduct of public auctions of land.
Land Tax Act 1958.
This concerns the assessment of land value and related tax. The Act provides for its administration (Part I), the assessment of land taxes (Part II) and related exemptions, returns by taxpayers (Part III), liability for land tax (Part IV), payment and enforcement of tax (Part V), and for penalties and regulations.

Land Acquisition and Compensation Regulations 1998.
These Regulations prescribe forms, procedures, fees and other matters for the purposes of the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986. The Regulations also cover the resolution of disputes and contains models of all forms required under the Act.
