Context and background: During decades the government of Côte d’Ivoire, try to find ways to resolved rural lands conflicts. So, since 1998, he was engaged in a politic of land securization. The issue of this process is the delivery of individual and collective land certificates to land rights holders. This certificate must be transformed on individual property title.

 The area along North Wollo Amhara and neighbouring Afare regional states have been exposed to small scale prolonged violent communal resource conflicts. Many factors drive and triggers for these violent conflicts which includes institutional, political, economic, and environmental change. Therefore, the objective of the research is to explore the practices, effectiveness and challenges of the communal resource conflict resolution and management institutions through case study research design.  To answer these objectives, we used survey, interview, and Focus group discussion.

Context and backgroundTypical of an urban character, constant population growth in Enugu necessitated the need to provide adequate housing to the teeming population. In addition to the housing provision, a decent mass housing project was developed through proper spatial planning. In addition, the Enugu population, which is predominantly low-income, requires that such decent housing be made affordable.

Government mainly raises domestic revenue through taxation such as income tax, value added tax and customs and excise duty. Residential rental income tax is a component of income tax.  There is low rental income tax collections in Zambia caused by among other things low taxpayers’ compliance. In order to obtain insights about the actual realities on the ground and using Kitwe city as a case study area, the research evaluated the extent of residential rental income tax compliance among taxpayers in Zambia.

Spatial Assessment Of Open Defecation In The Core Area Of Akure Metropolis, Ondo State, Nigeria.

The present structure of polling units was created in 1996 by the defunct National Electoral Commission of Nigeria (NECON), which created 120,000 polling units and 8,809 wards (Registration Areas) to serve the purpose of registration center and voting exercise.Goal and Objectives:The aim of the study is to carryout mapping and spatial distribution of polling units to enhance voting progress in Akure North L.G.A of Akure, Ondo state, Nigeria.
