Resolution No. 14 of 1992 concerning the plantation in the city of Baghdad.

The plantation of lands specified in the Master Plan of the City of Baghdad shall be carried out in accordance with the Plan within the limitation of the tree line. Planting of certain seasonal crops is excluded from this provision (art. 1a). The requirement laid down in article 1a concerns water share. Cultivation of lands without a water share shall commence one year after the allocation of a water share has taken place (art. 1b). Non-compliance with the requirement may bring about the modification of the lease contract (art. 2).

The aim of this Law is to define the basic concepts and procedures for the privatisation of property in Moldova. All branches of the country's economic, cultural and social sectors are open to privatisation, except national defence, cultural heritage, state monopolies and property which supplies part of the "state-guaranteed minimun free social services" (art. 2). Funds obtained from privatisation go to form the "Republic Privatization Fund" (art. 6). The Moldova State Department for Privatisation, a special agency accountable to the Parliament, is created (art. 7).

The Regulation is made under the Land Proclamation No. 58/1994. It sets out the procedure for the allocation and administration of land and applies to all types of urban and rural land. Land shall be allocated for tiesa, agricultural usufruct or leasehold, on the basis of a master plan. To ensure these rights, right holders shall be given an allocation certificate or lease agreement. To prevent allocation of land to holders with the sole aim of holding land idle, the size of land to be allocated shall be proportionate to the planned aim (art. 3(4)).
