This Act amends the Town and Country Planning Act by adding a new Part IVA on an agreement with the Crown on planning obligations by a person who applies to the Chief Town Planner for a planning permission to develop land. The Act also grants powers to the Minister to make rules relative to planning obligations and provides for appeal against decisions of the Minister.

The purpose of this Law is to promote the organization of urban and rural areas throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia.The Law provides for the establishment of a National Committee for Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction for the Capital City of Phnom Penh and for Sub-Committees for the provinces and municipalities.

This Act provides for the registration of unit titles and is to be considered as part of the Land Title Act. It provides for the registration of units plans and defines the duties of the Registrar-General after the registration of a units plan.

This Act makes provision for the planning of the Australian Capital Territory and the management of land in the Territory.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of the organization and carrying out tenders (auction sale) of the plots of urban land and lease thereof for the purpose of housing construction. Seller of the aforesaid plots of urban land or of the right of purchase thereof shall be a state body of local self-government. Trade of the plots of land pertaining to the federal property and the right of lease thereof shall be authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation.

This Presidential Decree establishes the modalities of expropriation and allotment of the plots of land specifying that the type of proprietary right to land plots shall be determined by the purposeful use thereof in accordance with the provisions of the present Presidential Decree.

These Regulations define procedures for the environmental impact assessment of projects for the construction or improvement of roads. For this purpose they amend the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993. The Regulations, among other things, define for Northern Ireland public hearing requirements of Article 3 of the Council Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment.

The present Ordinance ensures the implementation of the federal and cantonal land use planning and construction legislation. The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to land use planning in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. In particular, the plan contains provisions on nature conservation areas, nature preserve areas, protection of specific botanic specimen, protection of specific geological specimen. The text consists of 13 articles.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley Nº 388 de 1997, precisando y reglamentando algunos aspectos relacionados con la revisión de los planes de ordenamiento territorial y la modificación de sus normas urbanísticas.

This Decree establishes that construction of the objects that are not corresponding to the purposeful use of land and terms and conditions of land allotment, and also without documentation attesting the right to land plot shall be prohibited.

This Decree establishes the modalities of delimitation of administrative and territorial boundaries, including mapping, calculation of the perimeter of boundaries, calculation of area of administrative and territorial units, and legalization of the boundaries. In the process of mapping the following boundaries shall be established: (a) administrative and territorial units (urban and rural areas); and (b) areas with special land tenure (protected areas, national parks, biosphere reserves, territories of cultural heritage).
