Minor Amendment of paragraph 2, with the sibstitution in the text of the period 12 months with 3 years.The functions of the Authority include to optimize land resources and to provide secure and effective registration systems for transactions relating to land in Singapore. The Authority shall also manage and maintain the cadastre survey system as a foundation for land title as well as advising the government on matters relating to land survey, tenure, ownership and disposition. The Authority has the power to direct for the purpose of discharging its functions under this Act (sect. 7).

Le présent règlement met en exécution le paragraphe 1er de l’article 29 (Contenu du plan d’aménagement) de la loi du 19 juillet 2004 concernant l'aménagement communal et le développement. L’article 1er du règlement susmentionné établit que le plan d'aménagement particulier délimite de façon précise une zone ou une partie d'une zone arrêtée par le plan d'aménagement général d'une commune. En outre le plan d'aménagement particulier a pour objet l'exécution du plan d'aménagement général d'une commune.

Le présent règlement met en exécution les paragraphes 2, 3 et 4 de l’article 29 (Contenu du plan d’aménagement) de la loi du 19 juillet 2004 concernant l'aménagement communal et le développement. L’article 1er établit que le rapport justificatif expose de quelle manière et dans quelle mesure le plan d'aménagement particulier précise et met en oeuvre les options ou orientations du programme-directeur de l'aménagement du territoire, du plan d'aménagement général de la commune et du plan directeur à établir le cas échéant.

Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2004 (S.S.I. No. 400 of 2004).

This Order amends the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003 (S.S.I. 2003/453) by adding to the list of bodies prescribed as conservation bodies. Conservation bodies are bodies in favour of whom it is competent to create a conservation burden under section 38(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 and to preserve rights to enforce real burdens by registration of a notice under section 27 or 27A of the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc. (Scotland) Act 2000.

These Regulations stipulate that where a building or other land is used for a purpose of any class specified in the Schedule, the use of such building or other land for any other purpose of the same class shall not be deemed for the purposes of the Development and Planning Act 1974 to involve development of the land, provided that remains the necessity of obtaining planning permission for a change in the use of any building or land if such change involves an intensification of user amounting to a material change in the use.

Development and Planning (Wells and Boreholes) Order 1976.

This Order stipulates that, subject to certain conditions, the development of land by the construction of a well shall be permitted and may be undertaken without the permission of the Development Applications Board. The planning permission granted shall have the effect of granting planning permission for any drilling, excavation or other engineering works which are necessary in order to carry out the development permitted. Nothing in paragraph 2 shall authorize the construction of: (a) more than one well upon any lot; (b) a well upon a lot where there is already a well.

This Act stipulates that, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary made in or under the Act but subject to section 5 of this Act, it is lawful for the Base Lands to be developed and used in accordance with the Base Lands Plan. The Plan has effect by virtue of this rule as a development plan under the Act in relation to those Lands.

These Rules concern applications for planning permission in the sense of section 1 of the Development and Planning Act 1974. They specify documentation requirements of the application such as architectural plan, draft plan of subdivision, location plan, site excavation plan, and site plan. Applications include applications for: applications to develop land, applications to subdivide land and applications for carrying out foreshore work. Other provisions concern procedures of applications and decision making, notification, etc.

Development and Planning (Rocky Heights Quarry) Special Development Order 1997.

Order relative to planning development permission for the quarry site described in the Second Schedule. Planning permission is granted for any use of, or operation at, the Quarry site for the following purposes: (a) the storage of off-site rip rock or rubble, or the storage of aggregate; (b) the installation and use of crushing machinery, at any location within the area of the Quarry site shown hatched black on the plan, for the processing of rip rock, soil or spoil into aggregate of such gradations as may from time to time be required.
