El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la aprobación de los planes de uso del suelo de los Departamentos de Chuquisaca, Beni, Potosí y Tarija.

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the Agriculture Reform, the following rural properties: Ribeira I, II e Santo Antônio, Fazenda São Gothardo, Fazenda Cachoeirão, Fazenda Simasa I, Fazenda Reserva, Fazenda Dois Irmãos, Fazenda do Serrado and Fazenda Socorro, Conceição e Santa Maria. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.
