La présente loi fixe les conditions de création des villes nouvelles et de leur aménagement. Sont considérées comme villes nouvelles toutes créations d'établissements humains à caractère urbain en sites vierges, ou s'appuyant sur un ou plusieurs noyaux d'habitat existants. Le schéma national d'aménagement du territoire prévoit l'opportunité de création de ville nouvelle et en détermine les fonctions et la localisation.
Le présent décret fixe les conditions et les modalités de reprise des terres agricoles du domaine national intégrées dans un secteur urbanisable, en vertu des instruments d'urbanismes approuvés conformément à la législation en vigueur. La reprise par l'Etat de ces terres est subordonnée à la constitution par l'administration technique d'un dossier qui sera soumis pour examen a la commission prévue à l'atricle 3 de ce même décret.
This Act provides for revoking certain areas as parts of State forests and flora reserves and transforming them in national parks or including them in existing national parks.
This Decree, composed of 26 articles and 3 Annexes, implements Law No. 1.130 of 12 February 1987 individuating the Areas of Special Interest in Rio de Janeiro State and definining the standards for the parcelling projects referred to in art. 13 of the Law No. 6.766 of 19 December 1979. It provides a detailed list of the municipal bordering areas and of the properties with more than 1.000.000 m2 where land parcelling for urban purposes is subject to the State previous approval. This Decree does not apply in the areas pertaining to the Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro.
This Law, structured in three main sections and composed of 20 articles, provides a detailed definition of the areas to be considered of special interest for the State. It sets the legal framework for the immovable properties with more than 1.000.000 m2 and those located in municipal bordering areas.
The present Directive aims to organize all means necessary to the implementation of the Land Law, with special regard to land management and the rational use and exploitation of land resources.
This Act, consisting of three Parts completed by eight Schedules, provides for the transfer of certain lands, including certain state forests, to the national park estate or to aboriginal ownership. The borders of the areas transferred are indicated in the schedules attached to the Act.
This Act revokes the reservation of certain areas of land as national parks and nature reserves, as made under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974. Lands whose reservation has been revoked are vested in the Minister responsible for the administration of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974. Under section 6, native title rights and interests are not affected by the provisions of the Act.
The Decision provides for planning, management and conservation of the natural resources in Vietnam, through the educational, economical, institutional and environmental improvement and innovations. Main objectives of the Action Plan shall be land management and conservation, the up-dating of cadastre and an improvement of the land use rights; water resources both surface, ground and rainwater proper use and management, definition and of mineral resources.
This Law establishes the norms for the previous State approval of land parcelling projects for urban purposes in the areas declared of special interest for environmental protection. The Law, composed of 5 articles, individuates the binding norms for the approval process focused on vegetation protection, soil natural composition and conservation of lakes, ponds, lagoons, water courses and their related waterfront zones.
This Law, composed of 18 articles, regulates the industrial zoning in the Metropolitan area of Rio de Janeiro. It defines 3 areas for the establishment of industrial activities, namely Areas of Strictly Industrial Use (ZEI), Areas of Mainly Industrial Use (ZUPI) and Areas with Diversified Use (ZUD). The law establishes the competent bodies for the zoning and the classification of industrial activities. For the ZUD areas, it requires a Plan aimed at rationalise the land use for industrial purposes and to minimize environmental impacts.
