This Act sets forth procedures and principles of acquiring any land by the Government for public purposes. The acquisition of lands for public purposes shall only be made by the declaration of the Governor General. In addition, the Governor General may authorize officers for a preliminary survey or other investigation of the land, for the purchase of the land, for setting the borders of the acquired land, and for gathering information. The Governor General may state a decision for the abandonment of acquisition at any time before any land has been acquired compulsorily.

Le présent décret fixe, en application de l’article 111 de la loi n° 43-2014 du 10 octobre 2014 d’orientation pour l'aménagement et le développement du territoire, la composition, l’organisation et le fonctionnement de la commission municipale d'aménagement du territoire. La commission municipale d'aménagement du territoire veille à la cohérence des projets d’équipement ainsi que des actions territoriales de l’Etat et des collectivités locales, dans le respect des orientations du schéma national d'aménagement du territoire.

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources of 23 April 2009. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

Les terrains concernés par ladite circulaire sont ceux titrés au nom de l’Etat ou terrains non immatriculés ni cadastrés non mis en valeur dont la superficie est supérieure ou égala à 2500 Ha. Aux instances supérieures, les informations et les outils nécessaires leur permettant de prendre des décisions en toute connaissance de cause.

This Act imposes levies, duties and charges on land in relation with the development of or transactions in land in a Special Development Area, i.e. an area declared as such by the Minister pursuant to this Act. The Act also concerns the valuation of land for tax purposes, appeals against decisions of the Commissioner of Taxpayer Audit and Assessment with the Revenue Court and legal proceedings in respect of land for which no tax was paid.

This Notice of the Minister of Environmental Affairs, publishes the South Africa’s Marine Spatial Planning Framework for implementation.The Framework provides high-level direction for undertaking Marine Spatial Planning in the context of the South African legislation and policies as well as existing planning regimes. It describes the process for the preparation of Marine Area plans and their implementation, in order to ensure consistency in Marine Spatial Planning across the South African ocean space.

This Act makes provision for the appointment of Town and Country Planning Authority, the constitution of the Advisory Planning Committee and the establishment of the Compensation Assessment Board and provides rules relative to the development of land and related matters.The Act grants the power to the Authority to issue development orders and prescribes conditions and procedures for the preparation, confirmation and modification of such orders and of provisional development orders. Development orders shall provide rules for the development of land in a specified area.
