These Measures are formulated for the purpose of perfecting the land reserve system, strengthening land regulation and control, regulating the operation of land market, enhancing the saving and intensive utilization of land and improving the capability for guaranteeing the land used for building.
This Law amends Law No. 7665 on the Priority Tourism Development Zones by replacing throughout the text the words “Ministry of Tourism” with “Committee for Tourism Development”, and the words “Minister of Tourism” with “Chair of the Tourism Development Committee”.

This Act, consisting of 215 sections divided into 24 Parts and completed by nine Schedules, regulates Land Property within New South Wales. It establishes the following issues: All land shall as regards the assurance of the immediate freehold thereof be deemed to lie in grant as well as in livery. Any estate or interest that can be created by will in any chattel real may also be created by deed.
This Decree sets the provisions aimed to categorize and to be considered when approving the interventions and works not subject to mandatory landscape authorization, the interventions that can be requested with simplified authorization procedure, some specific obligations for particular categories of intervention (as listed and classified in the Annex).The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
The purpose of this Law is to specify the institutional system in the field of geospatial information, incorporating the conditions for the preparation, use, exchange and maintenance of geospatial information (including geodetic and cartographic basic data) in order to create an infrastructure for geospatial information in the Republic of Latvia. This Act imposes levies, duties and charges on land in relation with the development of or transactions in land in a Special Development Area, i.e. an area declared as such by the Minister pursuant to this Act. The Act also concerns the valuation of land for tax purposes, appeals against decisions of the Commissioner of Taxpayer Audit and Assessment with the Revenue Court and legal proceedings in respect of land for which no tax was paid.

This Act makes provision for the appointment of Town and Country Planning Authority, the constitution of the Advisory Planning Committee and the establishment of the Compensation Assessment Board and provides rules relative to the development of land and related matters.The Act grants the power to the Authority to issue development orders and prescribes conditions and procedures for the preparation, confirmation and modification of such orders and of provisional development orders.
