El presente Decreto Ley expide disposiciones para la formulación del Plan Nacional de Construcción y Mejoramiento de Vivienda Social Rural, que será formulado por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

This Act, consisting of 8 articles, creates the Centre for Geo-technology, Cartography and Territorial Planning (CGPTERR), as the Decentralized Administrative Unit of the Secretariat of State for Planning and Development (SEPLAN). The purpose of the CGPTERR is to coordinate and carry out a systematic mapping of the territory, by supporting the territorial planning activities of the State, and specifically: 1. creation of databases and geo-processed information, in order to articulate and make compatible the various sectoral policies and territorial planning; 2.

This Procedure determines the mechanism of inspection and renewal of State Geodetic Network points, establishes the types of thereof and shall be mandatory for the subjects of topographic, geodetic and cartographic activity.

This Act amends the Village Fono Act by inserting a new section 2A stating the objects of the Act and by inserting provisions and amending other provisions on the registration and administration of villages and the limitation of jurisdiction of Village Fono (in particular in respect of Government, freehold or leasehold land located within village land). A new section on structures and activities on village land for community purposes is also inserted.

This Regulation amends articles 2, 5, and 8 of Regulation 289 of 2006. The amendment affects the structure and organization of the ALUIIZC. According to it, the ALUIIZC will have a Tirana-based central department and 27 local departments according to the list introduced by it. Further, the ALUIIZC will be chaired by the General Director and 3 (three) Deputy Directors.
