El presente Decreto modifica el reglamento de la ley que tiene por objeto dictar las normas orgánicas para la organización político administrativa del territorio colombiano, en relación al concepto previo para la constitución de región administrativa y de planificación, para lo cual la Comisión Especial de Seguimiento al Proceso de Descentralización y Ordenamiento Territorial del Senado de la República, conforme a su competencia y previo el cumplimento de los requisitos y procedimientos establecidos, emitirá concepto cuando se presente solicitud de los gobernadores interesados en constituir

El presente Decreto cambia la naturaleza jurídica de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A.

La presente Ley autoriza la constitución de una sociedad por acciones denominada Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A.

Regulation No. 848 of 2013 repeals Regulation No. 655 of 2013 removing from the pasture fund the areas of the pasture economy ‘Mali i Rrencit- Kakarriq’ Lezhe to be used by Colacem Albania Ltd for the exploitation of lime stone.

The Regulation delimitates the green crown of Tirana and set forth the measures taken for its protection aiming at air pollution prevention, nature conservation, protection and improvement of environmental conditions and promotion of sustainable planning based on the area development plans. The crown area and its location and mapping are further specified.

These Regulations make provision in respect of applications for scheduled monument consent, applications for variation or discharge of conditions attached to scheduled monument consent and applications for subsequent approval required by a condition. The Regulations also: provide for certificates which must accompany certain applications; prescribe the forms of notices; and define “owner of the monument”.

These Regulations make provision in respect of the notification and publication requirements introduced by the Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014, where a scheduled monument is either included in or excluded from the Schedule of monuments in terms of section 1 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 or where an entry relating to a monument in that Schedule is amended. These Regulations apply to any: (a) inclusion of a monument in the Schedule; (b) amendment of an entry in the Schedule relating to a monument; or (c) exclusion of a monument from the Schedule.

This Regulation amends section 2 of Regulation 480 of 2011 regarding the scope and rules of procedures.

This Regulation amends article 2 (a) of Regulation 289 of 2006 by changing the number of the ALUIIZC local departments to 7.
