Le présent décret crée l’Etablissement pour Réhabilitation et la Rénovation de la ville de Titane ayant pour mission la mise en œuvre le suivi de l’exécution du Project de Réhabilitation et de Rénovation de la ville de Tintane.Il est chargé dans le respect de la réglementation urbaine et des normes environnementales de l’exécution du Project suivant les objectifs arrêtés par l’Etat dans le document du projet de Réhabilitation et de Rénovation de la ville de Tintane.L’Etablissement pour Réhabilitation et la Rénovation de la ville de Titane est administré par un conseil d'administration.

The purposes of this Act is to contribute to the smooth supply of sites for public works and the stabilization of the land market by prescribing necessary matters regarding the reservation and supply of public land. The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport shall establish and implement a comprehensive plan for the reservation of public land every 10 years for the smooth supply of public works and the stabilization of the land market.

This Law establishes legal, economic and social grounds for land protection with a view of ensuring rational land tenure, soil rehabilitation and improvement, conservation of ecological functions of soil and environmental protection. Object of particular land protection shall be total land cover (soil) within the national boundaries of Ukraine.

This Regulation prescribes the correct manner for the performance of the official inspection surveying over the implementation of the Croatian Law on State Survey and Real Estate Cadastre and related Regulations adopted on the basis of the Law that governs the conduct of state survey and real estate cadastre.Inspection in terms of this Regulation is implemented in senior inspector surveying, by geodetic inspectors and civil servants.

A tal efecto se regulan las actuaciones de rehabilitación, regeneración y renovación urbana y los instrumentos necesarios para ejecutarlas, y se establecen medidas sobre sostenibilidad, coordinación y simplificación administrativa en materia de urbanismo.
