These Regulations, made under the Integrated Coastal Management Act, 2008, concern control of public launch sites as defined by these Regulations. Such sites shall be listed by authority and shall be managed by a management body appointed for such purposes. A management authority in its management plan or integrated management plan shall identify public launch sites within a protected area including those sites which share adjacent common boundaries with a terrestrial protected area.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 introduces new conditions in relation to certain development permitted under specified classes Where approval is not required the development must be carried out in accordance with the details provided to the planning authority and to the extent that approval is required development must be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 in Schedule 4 as a consequence of the modifications of the enforcement provisions of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 introduced by the Planning (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003. Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 4 list provisions of the 1991 Order and modifications of those provisions which are applied for the purposes of hazardous substances control. Part 3 sets out those provisions as modified.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 to implement Article 30 of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, which amends Council Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They insert “heavy fuel oils” to the list of hazardous substances and controlled quantities in Schedule 1 and concern exceptions for existing hazardous substances consents.

These Regulations, made by the Cabinet Secretary for East African Affairs, Commerce and Tourism under section 122 Tourism Regulatory Authority, concern classification, standardization and control of the tourist industry and development relating to tourism. Control shall be carried out through a licensing system, inspections and enforcement measures. The Tourism Regulatory Authority shall establish a Licensing Committee and a Standardization and Classification Committee.
