This Act concerns the owners and related rights of those who are holders of the Nindagama lands in Sri Lanka. The Act abolishes services due from any tenant or holder of any Nindagama land to any proprietor thereof (sect. 2). Section 3 declares every tenant or holder of any Ninagama land as the owner of the land. No holder of the land shall be liable to pay compensation to the proprietor thereof for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the proprietor by reason of the abolition of the services due by such holders of that land (sect. 4).

This Decree approves the Regulation of the Land and Agrarian Reform Institution of the State of Pernambuco (ITERPE). This Regulation (in Annex I), consisting of 8 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institution ITERPE, created by Law No.

The purpose of Land Legislation of the RSFSR is to regulate land relations with the object of providing for the rational use and protection of land, setting up conditions for equal development of various forms of economic activity on land, re-production of soil fertility, conservation and improvement of environment and safeguarding of the rights of landownership of citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations. The document consists of XV Sections that contain 127 Articles. Sections I, III, IV are sub-divided into Chapters. Section I contains 8 Chapters.

The Integrated Food Security Strategy for South Africa is a sectoral national strategy of South Africa in force for the period of 2002-2015. Its main goal is to eradicate hunger, malnutrition and food insecurity over 2015.

This Act provides for the expropriation and taking for use of land and other property (movable or immovable), by the Minister of Public Works or by certain local authorities, for public and certain other purposes. Notice of expropriation to owners as well as offers of compensation must be made. If owners do not claim specific amounts of compensation, the Minister will make an offer for compensation (sects. 9-11). The criteria for determining compensation are contained in section 12.

The Regulation establishes certain conditions and criteria for the transfer of the ownership or right of use of land, houses, vehicles and household equipment. Further provisions concern the determination of the selling prices, the rights and obligations of purchasers, lessees or successors.

The Medium Term Development Program is a multi-sectoral national Program of the Kyrgyz Republic covering the period of 2012-2014. The main goal of the Program is to increase living standard of the population and poverty alleviation based on economic growth, improvement of business environment and development of the efficient governance system.

This Decree establishes that the competent authority for real estate issues is the countrywide network system of land offices (territorial and local offices). They are responsible for registration of legal transactions, cadastral mapping changes and dealing with land and other real estate property-related activities. The Hungarian Land Register is owned and maintained by the Ministry of Rural Development. This Decree makes provision for the grant of land use right certificates, house ownership and residential land use right certificates; exercise of land user rights; recovery of land and land related compensation and support; procedures for land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement upon land recovery by the State for defence and security purposes, economic development, etc.; and for the settlement of land-related complaints.

This Circular provides for certificate forms of land use rights and house and land-attached asset ownership, for information and contents to be presented on the certificates and for registration of changes after certificates have been granted.
