Land Recording Districts Regulation (B.C. Reg. 345/2008).

The present Regulation enacts the Land Act. The Regulation lays down provisions related to the recording of land. Section 1, 2 and 3 establish respectively that the land identified in the map attached as Schedule 1, 2, and 3 is, respectively, constituted as the Coast Region Land Recording District, the Southern Interior Region Land Recording District and the Northern Region Land Recording District. The text consists of 3 sections.

This Order establishes the modalities of cadastral subdivision of the territory into cadastral districts and cadastral sections carried out by the territorial branches of the Federal Land Cadastre Service. The purpose of cadastral subdivision of the national territory shall be to assign cadastre numbers to the land plots determining location thereof within the boundaries of a cadastre section. Special attention in the process of elaboration of cadastre plan shall be paid to natural linear geographic objects such as natural landmarks and forest clearing.

Order No. 555 of the Ministry of Economic Development on cadastre registration of the objects of immovable property.

This Order establishes the modalities of state cadastre registration of the objects of immovable property by the Federal State Registration Cadastre and Cartographic Service. Application and the respective documentation shall be submitted to the cadastre registration authority in the electronic form and shall bear electronic digital signature. Survey map of land plot shall be submitted to the cadastre registration authority in the electronic form and shall bear electronic digital signature of the cadastre engineer in charge.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, protection and management of the objects of cultural heritage. Objects of cultural and historical heritage shall be considered areas and objects identified as such and recorded in the state register of the objects of cultural and historical heritage. Regional administration shall validate mapping of the boundaries of the areas of cultural heritage and regime of land tenure within them. Economic activities and movement of motor vehicles within areas of cultural heritage shall be restricted.

Authorised representatives of the state bodies of state power of the Russian Federation and the bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan have agreed on the following: 1) Demarcation of the objects of management and mutual delegation of powers between the state bodies of the Russian Federation and the state bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan shall be governed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan and the present Treaty.

Land relationship in the Republic of Belarus is regulated by the Constitution, Presidential Decrees, by this Code and other Legislative Acts that implement it. Civil Code regulations are applicable to land relationship with regard to provisions established by land legislation. The document consists of XV Sections that contain 36 Chapters sub-divided into 164 articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. It contains Chapters 1-12. Section II establishes the rights and the duties of land-tenants, landlords and the owners of the plots of land.

The present Ordinance implements the Spatial Information Ordinance of 17 June 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees to be charged for access to geo-data and rendered geo-services. The text – consisting of 12 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: sphere of application, access to data, transfer of data, utilization of geo-services, fees for similar products, value added tax, repeal, entry into force.
