The present Ordinance implements the Saxon Land Survey Law of 29 January 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to costs incurred in land surveying. The text consists of 8 articles.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the requirements for determination and mapping of boundaries of land areas containing objects of cultural heritage with a view of conservation and protection of such objects.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of state protection, conservation, management and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage. Objects of cultural heritage shall be classified as of federal, regional and local (municipal) significance. Regional Government shall be responsible for identification, classification, registration of the objects of cultural heritage and mapping of the boundaries of protection areas around them.

This Law prescribes all necessary standards, rules and procedures aimed to regulate the correct and sustainable management of the geodetic-cadastre of the Macedonian Republic, including the provisions governing the information system, the maintenance of the real estate cadastre, the establishment and maintenance of the cadastre of infrastructure objects as part of the real estate cadastre, the basic geodetic works, the geodetic works for special purposes, the real estate property survey performed in service of the real estate cadastre, the survey and the maintenance of the state borderline

The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Upper Austria with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. This Act, consisting of 274 Sections divided into eight Parts and completed by eight Schedules, regulates the property Land Law in the territory of Victoria. The Act includes also provisions on registration, dispute settlement, insurances and public auctions. The purpose of the present Act is to transpose into national legislation the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the present Act regulates the creation, maintenance and organization of a national spatial data infrastructure. In particular the Act aims to provide authorities, economy, science and the public with spatial information in a sustainable, up to date, quick and simple way.
