About Landesa
Landesa partners with governments and local organizations to ensure that the world’s poorest families have secure rights over the land they till. Founded as the Rural Development Institute, Landesa has helped more than 105 million poor families gain legal control over their land since 1967. When families have secure rights to land, they can invest in their land to sustainably increase their harvests and reap the benefits—improved nutrition, health, and education—for generations.
The Hub’s goal is to assist West and Central African stakeholders (States, Inter-governmental Organisations, Civil Society Organisations and Development Partners) to promote coherence in rural development programmes worldwide.
Sambhav Social Service Organization is a voluntary agency working in the areas of rural and urban development, child education and women empowerment through advocacy, direct program interventions and capacity building of the community to access the benefits of State Programs.
The Independent Science and Partnership Council (ISPC) is a part of the CGIAR, a global partnership that unites organizations engaged in research for sustainable development with its funders. Our overall goal is to determine the major threats to meeting the food production needs of the future and to define the research agenda that will provide solutions to the major long-term problems facing our world: hunger and poverty; nutrition and health; rural livelihood and inequity; and the environmental sustainability of tomorrow's food system.
The Rural Development Fund is a not-for-profit and nongovernmental policy and research organization established in 2003 to conduct research, develop policy recommendations, and implement activities in the field of the rural development.
