La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular el ejercicio de la función pública de la ordenación del territorio por la Comunidad Autónoma, estableciendo a tal fin medidas de organización e instrumentos de planeamiento, gestión, información y de tipo complementario, conforme a los objetivos y estrategias que se prevén en la presente Ley.

The present Regulations are made under the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to development activities in the Benton Local Area. In this connexion section 3 establishes that a person, corporation, partnership, association or other organization shall not carry out any development in the local planning area unless a permit for the development has first been issued in writing by the authority. This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 in relation to England by, among other things: amending or introducing definitions; making provision for "householder appeals", i.e. right an appeal against planning decisions to the Secretary of State in relation with an application for planning permission for development of residential buildings.

These Regulations make provision for the manner in which applications for planning permission, for approvals required by a condition imposed on a grant of planning permission in principle and for certificates of lawful use and development under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 are to be made.

El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto las prescripciones que deben cumplimentarse para la corta, destrucción, eliminación o menoscabo de árboles y arbustos nativos, en bosque nativo, y la corta, destrucción o descepado de árboles, arbustos y suculentas, en formaciones xerofíticas. El fin perseguido es el de proteger los suelos, manantiales, cuerpos y cursos naturales de agua y humedales declarados sitios prioritarios de conservación o sitios Ramsar.

The enactments mentioned in Schedule 1 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified (being amendments consequential on the re-enactment of provisions in the consolidation Acts). The transitional provisions, transitory provisions and savings contained in Schedule 2 to this Act shall have effect.

This Order makes saving, transitional and consequential provisions in relation to the substitution of a new Part 2 to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 8) by section 2 of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006. Part 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 concerns the adoption of various development plans.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 2 of Schedule 2 which confers permitted development rights in respect of certain development for which no specific application for planning permission is needed. This Order provides permitted development rights for the installation of specified types of microgeneration equipment including water source heat pumps and biomass heating systems. It prohibits, among other things, certain development on land within a World Heritage Site.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. When establishing a new farm, or purchasing additional land, a 10-year residence proof is required by the purchaser within 6 months from the date the Survey and Cadastre Authorities have registered the cadastral changes. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).

The present Regulations are made under the Real Property Assessment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down detailed provisions relating to the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in the Province. For the purpose of the present Regulation, “assessment list” means a list of all properties in a municipality and such assessment list shall contain all of the information described in clause b) in relation to those properties and the number of the municipality.
