This Act provides with respect to regularisation of unapproved developments in the Nairobi City County, including unauthorized development on public lands.

This Act makes provision for the protection of nature by: (1) prescribing a valuation of major works, construction and other activity which will entail substantial change to the landscape or substantial damage to the natural environment before such work is begun by the appropriate authorities (Chap. I); (2) providing for the establishment of national parks, nature reserves and natural monuments (Chap. II); (c) providing for the protection of fauna and flora (Chap.

This Order grants planning permission in respect of certain development which is necessary for the purposes of housing poultry and other captive birds to protect them from avian influenza. The Order applies to land within a controlled zone, H5N1 controlled zone, wild bird control area or wild bird monitoring area declared by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and to any identified premises. Where this Order applies, no specific application for planning permission is needed for the development permitted by this Order.

This Law, consisting of 80 articles divided into XIII Chapters, provides for the spatial management within Republic of Indonesia, based on the following principles: a) integrity; b) compatibility, harmony and balance; c) sustainability; d) productivity and profitability; e) openness; f) togetherness and partnership; g) protection of public interest; h) legality and justice; and i) accountability.

The present Ordinance implements the Ordinance on energy saving thermal insulation and facilities technology in buildings (Energy Saving Ordinance) of 24 July 2007 (BGBl. I p. 1519). This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 in respect of Wales by adding a new Part 39 to Schedule 2. Part 39 grants planning permission in respect of the erection of buildings necessary for the purpose of housing poultry and other captive birds to protect them from avian influenza.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the administration of the Irkutsk Region , for the purpose of conservation of historical and cultural heritage, have agreed as follows: 1) The present Agreement establishes delimitation of authority as regards management and conservation of the objects of historical and cultural heritage pertaining to state property.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the administration of the Nizhni Novgorod Region have agreed as follows: 1) The present Agreement establishes delimitation of authority as regards management of the objects of historical and cultural heritage pertaining to state property situated on the territory of the Nizhni Novgorod Region. 2) The objects of historical and cultural heritage pertaining to federal property situated on the territory of the Nizhni Novgorod Region are included in the list supplied in the Annex to the present Agreement.

This Act amends the Integrated Coastal Management Act, 2008 with respect to a wide variety of matters including composition coastal public property, access fees, purposes for which coastal public property is established, reclamation of land by public authorities for state infrastructure and other purposes, the declaration of state-owned land as coastal public property, establishment of coastal management lines for protection purposes, award of coastal use permits on coastal public property and unlawful structures on coastal public property.

The Guideline No. 1 of 2013 of the Ministry of Energy and Industry lays down rules and procedures for evaluating the applications submitted for construction permits for energetic, mineral, industrial and other high-risk works, abd establishes the Commission for the evaluation and issuance of such permits. The blue prints of the proposed constructions as approved by the local authorities should be included in the application. In case of incomplete documentation, the applicant has a 30-day period for its completion.
