Tarangal Mohila Kollayan Songstha A non-government, non-profitable and non-political organization established in 1996 with all levels of women for benefiting the distress families of Jamalpur. It stared vocational training and income generating activities with support from World Food Program (WFP) in the year 1997 and continued up to 2002. Also the organization continued adult education program, healthy-family planning, safe motherhood, HIV/ AIDS, STD, EPI and NID program with Jamalpur Pourasava TMKS has bee working with Nari Pokkha and Durbar Network for preventing combating violence against women children. Organisation worked for women rights in the area of land rights, violence against women and freedom of expression etc.

Taranga Mohila Kallyan Sangstha has transparency and accountability in all the financial activities. For proper accounting TMKS keeps accounts maintaining cashbook, ledger, vouchers, stock register and other related document. It follows the standard financial guideline for proper management of all the resources received from donors and mobilized locally.
