This Regional Decree establishes the procedure for constituting of historical and cultural reserve of regional significance, establishment of boundaries and protection regime thereof. The decision-making related to constitution of historical and cultural reserve of regional significance shall be competence the Regional Government with the consideration of expert opinion on the matter. Special protection regime shall be established on the territory of historical and cultural reserve of regional significance with a view of conservation of the most precious objects of historical and cultural heritage and organization of regulated recreational activity and tourism.
