This Regulation determines the necessary methods and conditions for granting aid for agricultural land demining, which is part of the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014t-2020.This Regulation is aimed to implement the measures contained in the following issues of the Rural Development Programme: “Restoring agricultural production potential disturbed by natural disasters and catastrophic events and introduction of appropriate prevention activities" and "Support for investment in the restoration of agricultural land and production potential damaged by natural disasters, adverse climatic conditions and catastrophic events”.The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
