Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Local government, with a view of performance of municipal land control shall elaborate annual inspection plan with a view of verification of the legal rights of land owners of land plots located within the boundaries of a given municipal unit calculating inspection of no less than five percent of legal persona and individual entrepreneurs”.
