This Decree establishes the methodology of setting up operational protective belts around drainage systems and waterworks on agricultural land and forest land. The aforesaid protective belts shall be set up around public drainage systems and drainage waterworks of common use and access. Protective belts for drainage pipes shall be set up on both sides of drains at a distance of ten meters from the deepening of drain in the soil. Boundaries of protective belts on forest land for regulated drainage systems shall be set up on the earth fill at a distance from eight to ten meters from the deepening of drain in the soil.
