This Decree regulates the modalities of determination and classification of specific types of the purposeful use of land with a view of calculating land taxes, Specific purposeful uses of land shall be registered in land cadastre. Executive body of the local government shall be responsible for determination of specific land uses on the territory under its jurisdiction except for land areas destined for defence purposes and land transferred to state institution and used for security purposes, police, fire safety and penitentiary institutions.
