This Regional Law regulates relations concerning allotment free of charge of plots of public or municipal land for individual housing construction to citizens with two or more children, and also to young families. The aforesaid plots of land shall be initially allotted on lease for the period of five years with subsequent transfer of the plot of land in ownership in case of state registration of ownership to constructed edifice within the aforesaid period. Young families shall be considered those of couples in registered marriage with spouses’ age not exceeding 35 years at the moment of filing the application. Land plots can be allotted once-only. Maximum land area shall be 0, 15 ha.
