This Regional Law regulates the relations in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Regional Government shall perform the following plenary powers in the sphere of cultural heritage: (a) conservation, management and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage; (b) participation in the formation of state register of the objects of cultural heritage; (c) classification by categories of the objects of cultural heritage; and (d) validation of the mapping of boundaries of areas of location of the objects of cultural heritage and land use planning schemes and land tenure regime.
