The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure reproduction of agricultural land fertility through biologization of arable farming by land owners, land tenants, including lease holders. Owners, tenants and lease holders of agricultural land shall have the following rights: (a) carry out phytoagrotechnical, phytosanitary, land reclamation and anti-erosion arrangements; and (b) have access to information related to soil fertility managed by state bodies. Owners, tenants and lease holders of agricultural land shall have the following duties: (a) ensure reproduction of soil fertility through biologization of arable farming, use of organic fertilizers and sowing perennial bean cultures; and (b) submit to the authorized institutions information and data related to the use of agrochemicals and pesticides.
